Opportunity to win an iPod Shuffle
One day I was surfing in internet and I found site called Productivity501. After reading awhile, I found several interesting posts from their site. One which got my attention was iPod giveaway contest. Interesting contest, I thought. And because I do not have a iPod and I sure like to have one, I decided to write this review.
Productivity501 offers a different kind of methods to spend your time more effectively. I started to read posts from that site and immediately noticed that there is a plenty of good tips to get your time schedule well organized. I found this following simple but great advice from topic called Effective web browsing.
Use bookmarks. I have a list of 4 or 5 sites that I check regularly. By putting these all into a single bookmark folder I’m able to open them all in tabs with a single click using Firefox or Safari (IE doesn’t have this feature yet). This way they all load and I can click through skimming each one without loading each one individually.
I have also several blogs which I am reading regularly and it is kind of slow to search each bookmark separately from your browser bookmarks. After that article I organized my bookmarks to folders, based on subjects, and now it is a lot faster to check my regular blogs. As you can see, even the most simplest tips can make a huge difference to your daily time management or surfing habits. Funny thing is that I have never thought that kind of simple folder structure to my bookmarks. That was only one example from tips I found in that topic, there is much more, it is definitely worth of visit.
After you read a couple of posts from Productivity501, I can almost promise that you are hooked to that site. At least that is what happened to me. As you know, time management has become very important role of our everyday life. I noticed that very clearly when I started to blogging. In a couple of first weeks I sacrificed almost all my spare time to read other people blogs, searching information and promoting my blog. That time was well spend, at least in my mind, so it was a good investment.
I think that everybody should read the article Time is an Investment. Let’s take one example, do you remember when I wrote about myLot in my Week 11 earnings report that I do not have time to spend there? I have come to conclusion that it is not a good investment of my time to spend it in myLot. I can use that time more wisely for example by writing new posts to my blog. Because after all my main goal was to make money by blogging not by writing into discussion groups.
So if you have feeling that you could be more productive, but you just do not know where to start, I recommend you to check out site Productivity501. I did get a lot of good tips to improve my productivity from that site.

I’m always looking for ways to increase productivity. Thanks for posting about this, gives me another blog to read
You are welcome. There are a lot of good articles in productivity501 blog.
I’m not being very productive now that I’m reading this blog
Who won the shuffle anyway?
Robert is right. One can get lost reading the articles (not that they are not worth reading) but a great part of productivity is the ability to focus.
I think that competition to win iPod is still running. There is only 17 competitors so write your own review and you have a good change to win.
