Bidvertiser is one of my choosen money makers. I have used it a long time and I have never got any problems with payments. So I can really recommend Bidvertiser for your blog. I like Bidvertiser more than Google AdSense because Google has so high payout rate $100. Bidvertiser has only $10 minimum payout rate, so that is very nice.

Pls. tell me, is there any problem, if I’m running Bidvertiser & Adsense in same page/site with a different layout.

No, there should not be any problem running bidvertiser and adsensetogether in same site/page.
