AffiliateBenchmarks 2009 Results
The second AffiliateBenchmarks report has been published with general insights on affiliate marketing, as well as data geared towards both affiliates and merchants.

Some findings from the report…
- The majority of affiliates belong to between 1 and 10 programs, with the largest group being members of 2-5 programs.
- Nearly half of the respondents stated that they promote 10 or fewer programs actively in an average month. The second largest group of affiliates promotes 26 or more programs.
- A strong brand is not the top priority when selecting an affiliate program.
- Nearly half of survey respondents reported that less than 5% or none of their links generated a sale in the month before completing the survey.
