Earlier this year, Google launched Ad Sitelinks for AdWords. Ad Sitelinks are a great way to boost your CTR and get more traffic for your business. I’ve been implementing Sitelinks for many clients and have found great success in increasing the ROI. However there are some loopholes in this feature. Let’s first talk about the Sitelink Extensions feature where you are allowed to advertise up to four additional Sitelinks just below your advert. The question is: what will you advertise? Maybe it’s better to advertise the special promotions running in your business which includes, but is not limited to, vouchers, discount codes and offers, etc.
You might even choose to advertise your product range. For example, if you are advertising hard drives from Seagate, you might want to add other Sitelinks such as Maxell, Western Digital, Maxtor, Samsung or any other brands you are selling. Here, by using the Sitelinks feature, you are giving visitors an opportunity to choose from other brands in case they do not want to buy a Seagate hard drive.
Sitelink Extensions generally get good clicks and this increases your CTR overall. However, you should be careful when implementing Sitelinks. For example, if you want to advertise only one hard drive model, say the WD1000, then you do not need to give additional links to deviate users from their path. If someone already knows what they want and typed the exact keyword (model) to get it, just take them to the product page.
Although it’s true that Ad Sitelinks acts as a good resource to increase CTR, but you should still be careful while implementing it as you might end up getting irrelevant clicks.

Back when he looked human, a wise man once said you gotta know when to hold ‘em, know when to fold ‘em. MySpace has taken this lesson to heart and announced it’s no longer going to try and compete head-to-head with Facebook. It’s giving up all illusions of being a general-purpose social network and focusing on what it feels it does best: music. News Corp.-owned MySpace, of course, was the biggest social network on the scene back when Facebook was still limiting itself to the college crowd.

Boy this really got me thinking, mostly about the four boxes of records I have down in the basement. Geez, it even sounds weird to say “records” these days. Every Fall I promise myself while I’m stuck inside over the Winter I will transfer my records to CD, so I can finally listen to them again.
Well, dust of the 45’s.. It’s time to party!
Crosely brings you a truly portable turntable that’s BOTH old school and high tech. Battery operated and with a platter smaller than a teacup saucer, it really can take the music anywhere you want it to go. The Crosley Revolution has crisp clear sound that can be delivered wirelessly to any FM radio. It plays at 2 speeds, 33 1/3 and 45 rpm and has a belt driven turntable mechanism. The Crosley has a dynamic full range speaker, a headphone jack and a passive audio out.
But the best part about the Crosley is that it features a USB hookup and an included software suite for ripping and editing my audio that will finally allow me to transfer my music to most of my personal entertainment gadgets and still be able to let them spin when I don’t care that anyone who sees me will realize just how old I really am.
